The Distribution division of Woodgrain came up with the idea of "Delivering the American Dream." The objective was to design a logo and a system for a trailer wrap. My vision was to create a bold representation of the manufacturing aspect of the company, as well as an elegant representation of our end consumers. The final concept features a sans-serif font in a striking Woodgrain green shade, paired with a lighter script font. I also incorporated lines of motion to produce a semi-truck made out of type.
One of the design elements that I am particularly fond of is the use of Woodgrain's primary and secondary greens to create lines that symbolize the delivery of our products. The angle of these lines is inspired by the Woodgrain Tree, which adds a unique touch to the design.
